A computer based “Mock Test” will be made available on the website of the High Court, for the sake of practice for the candidates. • Paper III will be qualifying in nature.
• The exam duration is 3 hours for each paper.

Viva Voce

The viva-voce will be 30 marks. Viva voce is conducted to assess the suitability of the candidate for the cadre by judging the mental alertness, knowledge of the law, clear and logical exposition, balance of judgment, skills, attitude, ethics, power of assimilation, power of communication, character and intellectual depth and the like of the candidate.
