• All candidates will also be offered various allowances such as HRA, Transport Allowance in addition to their Basic Pay.

The annual salary structure of an ITBP SI will be ranging from Rs 4.2lakhs to Rs 13.4 lakhs.

The monthly in-hand ITBP SI salary of a candidate after scoring more than the ITBP SI cut off marks will be entitled to receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.35,400 to Rs.1,12,400.. This official figure of the monthly in-hand salary is decided upon by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police and is subject to change once the candidate completes the compulsory probationary period and receives promotion or salary increment.
