- बहमनी साम्राज्याची स्थापना अलाउद्दीन बहमान शाह यांनी इसवी सन पूर्व 1347 मध्ये केली.
- त्याला हसन गंगू म्हणूनही ओळखले जात असे.
- त्याच्या पश्चात त्यांचा मुलगा पहिला मुहम्मद शाह होता.
- फिरोज शाह बहमानी (1397-1422):
- तो बहमनी राज्यातील सर्वात उल्लेखनीय राज्यकर्ता होता.
- दौलताबादजवळ त्याने एका वेधशाळेची उभारणी केली.
- त्याने हिंदूंना मोठ्या प्रमाणात प्रशासनात सामील केले.
- अहमद शाह (1422-1436) :
